Design & Web Development:
Projects involving design and web development demand substantial resources and time. Once a payment or deposit is made, it becomes non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel, delay, or postpone a project, all paid amounts will be retained by (Website Name). Additionally, if work beyond the initial payment has been completed, an additional cost may be charged.
Logo Design, Branding, Web Design, UI-UX Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, & Internet Marketing:
Payments for these services are non-refundable, regardless of any advance fees paid. Our refund policy remains firm once a payment or deposit is made.
Setup Fees:
Setup fees, covering expenses during the initial setup phase of design, development, or internet marketing campaigns, are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may lead to service or project suspension. Work may be reversed, and a chargeback fee will be issued. Outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks must be settled before service restoration.
Website Hosting:
All hosting payments, both past and present, are non-refundable. Hosting accounts continue billing cycles until a written cancellation is received. Hosting payments are due even for unused accounts, and accounts 15 days past due may face suspension.
Account Suspension:
Hosting payments overdue by 15 days may trigger account suspension. Prepaid hosting, if canceled before expiration, may be refunded for the remaining months. (Website Name) retains the right to disable or terminate accounts for policy violations without refund.
